| SETUP AND SCREEN CHARGES |
| Setup charges and screen charges are fees charged by manufacturers for the cost of labor and materials needed in order to apply your art to promotional merchandise. These charges normally only apply to the first order, and with reorders that that have no changes, you will probably have no additional setup charges. A silk-screen requires a screen charge for each color needed to print your art or logo. Other setup charges will be for making plates or dies depending on the process of imprint application required. Embroidery requires a digitized tape to be made of your art or logo so the stitching machines can recreate your art on various types of fabrics. The tape charge varies depending on the total amount of stitches required in your art and the specific digital format of the tape. |

| SAMPLES |
| If you would like to have a spec sample of a product you are interested in, samples can be requested with the assistance of a 3K Promotions representative. It's important to be able to evaluate and 'feel' an item first hand if possible in order to help in the decision process of your purchase. Due to the high costs incurred in the sample program, the following guidelines have been established: |

| (a) 3K Promotions will provide full credit of the cost of a sample to be applied on an order placed within 30 days from receipt. If additional samples are ordered, only credit will be against the actual item ordered. You will still incur charges for the actual shipping costs. |
|
| (b) To expedite shipping and handling, you can provide your shipping account number for your preferred carrier or you can be billed. Shipping charges for expedited samples will be quoted separately by your 3K Promotions representative. |
|
| (c) Most individual samples over $25.00 may be returned for credit. This varies among the manufacturers. If you would like to return a sample, please contact your 3K Promotions representative for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. |
|
| (d) A production sample with your actual logo or art on a product is available. This is sometimes worth the cost incurred, by doing so, you know exactly how it will look and possibly make changes before having a large order imprinted. The manufacturer charges a fee for this service and will be quoted separately. This will usually push back production times as well. |
|
|
|
| PRODUCTION TIMES |
| Production time varies according to the manufacturer and begins upon receipt of complete order, artwork approval, and payment. Large orders may require additional time. Production times listed do not include shipping times. Holidays and weekend days are not considered working days. |

|
|
| MINIMUMS |
| Less than minimum quantities vary between manufacturers. In order to provide you with the ability to place small orders for custom merchandise, a less than minimum processing fee is added to your order. This fee is set by each manufacturer. |

|
|
| SHIPPING |
| All orders are shipped F.O.B. factory. We strive to produce your product to the exact quantity ordered, but the factory reserves the right to ship orders 5% over/under specified quantities. This is due to each manufactures production processes. You will be billed accordingly for exact amount shipped. Customer agrees 3K Promotions, Inc. will not be accountable for delays in delivery caused by acts of nature or circumstances of which we have no direct control. |

| RUSH SERVICE |
| Need a product in a hurry. We will be more than happy to work with you to find a solution to your schedule. Rush service is available on most products. By working with the manufacture, we will try to rush a product through production that will meet your requirements. Additional charges are incurred with rush orders and will be quoted separately. |

| COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARKS |
| Logos shown or used on our web site appear only to illustrate the products ability which the advertising can be presented. The use of logo's that are trademarks or copyrighted are the property of their respective owners and never intended to suggest that 3K Promotions, Inc. owns those rights. Any customer ordering merchandise represents and warrants that they have the unrestricted right and authority to use, purchase, and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, graphic, artwork, name, photograph or illustration in the way it is applied to promotional merchandise. You also consent to defend, indemnify and hold 3K Promotions, Inc., it's affiliates, directors, officers, and representatives harmless against all claims, liabilities, loss, and expenses. The customer is solely responsible for obtaining written permission from the registered owner of the logo or trademark that is applied to promotional merchandise purchased through 3K Promotions, Inc. We are also not responsible for any customer that may have misrepresented their ownership of logo's, trademarks or copyrights. This website provides links to other internet sites and addresses. These sites contain information posted by other entities. 3K Promotions, Inc. has not reviewed the information at each internet site or address and does not endorse such information or address and makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of such information. |

| CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS |
| We will make every effort to change or cancel your order upon written request. Once an order confirmation is approved and signed by your representative, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional charges will be applied. If the order is in pre-production, there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 to cover preparation expenses. In addition, you are liable to pay for any work that may have been completed up to the time we are able to cancel the order. Unfortunately, once an item has begun production, we cannot stop or change the order. |

| RETURNS |
| All products sold through 3K Promotions, Inc. are fully guaranteed for material and workmanship to the specifications detailed on our order confirmation and proof sheets which you are required to approve and sign. If you have any problems with your order, please contact your 3K Promotions representative within 10 days of receipt. So please open your order when received as to not exceed this time frame. We will gladly take back any order that does not meet your specifications. Which makes it all important to get a spec sample prior to ordering. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) and we will provide you with specific information on return shipping. Returns without authorization will be refused. There is a 25% restocking fee for all blank returned merchandise. |

| PRICING |
| Pricing and availability is subject to change due to market conditions. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date on our web site, and we reserve the right to update prices at any time. | Save all files as Encapsulated Postscript File (EPS) with these programs. We may not be able to work with other program files not listed. |

| Camera ready artwork is required. A black and white format of at least 1200 dpi. The file formats listed above provide superior reproduction quality allowing images to be resized without loss of quality. Send only original eps files. Be sure you retain a copy of the file. We recommend that all text be converted to outlines or curves (vector) when possible. If not, all fonts, font suitcases, printer fonts and screen fonts must be included with your art. |

| Camera ready artwork is NOT fax copies, letterheads, business cards, photocopies, bmp, gif, pict, tiff, doc, exe, ppt, or xls files. These formats are generally low resolution and do not produce quality imprints. Files in the jpg or pdf format may be used in certain cases. |
|
| If you do not have access to camera ready artwork, please let us know and we will assist you. Our graphic department can typeset straight line text for you free of charge. If you need to recreate your art, and depending on the complexity of the art, we can redraw it for a nominal fee. |

| SENDING / UPLOADING |
| Send all artwork to art@3kpromotions.com. If sending multiple files, be sure to not exceed 10 MB on your attachment. You can compress the files with Stuffit or WinZip. If you cannot email the files, contact us and we will give you our ftp address to upload to our server. You can also send us your files on CD disks. |

| Due to the permanent nature of producing custom products, we require payment prior to manufacturing your order. Payment to be in U.S. dollars in the form of a company check, money order or cash. We also accept MasterCard, VISA & American Express. |
